Data Processing Addendum
Last updated: October 25, 2026
This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") describes how personal data collected through this website is processed. 614 Towing & Recovery LLC is the controller of that data. The providers listed below process it on our behalf as processors, or as independent controllers where stated.
Data we process
- Quote requests: name, phone number, ZIP code or location, vehicle year/make/model, title status, notes and photos.
- Website activity: pages visited, call-button and text-button taps, ad click identifiers (gclid/gbraid/wbraid), device and browser information.
Purposes
- Responding to your request, preparing offers, scheduling pickups and service.
- Measuring which ads and pages bring calls and quotes (only with consent where the law requires it).
- Keeping the website secure and working.
Service providers
- Lovable / Lovable Cloud — website hosting, database, file storage and email delivery of quote alerts (processor).
- Cloudflare — content delivery and security (processor).
- Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) — ad measurement and analytics. Google acts under its own Ads Data Processing Terms and, for some purposes, as an independent controller. See how Google uses data.
- Google Gmail — receiving quote alert emails.
Processor obligations
- Process personal data only on our documented instructions.
- Keep it confidential and protect it with appropriate technical and organizational security.
- Use sub-processors only under equivalent written obligations.
- Help us respond to privacy requests and notify us without undue delay of any data breach.
- Delete or return personal data when the service ends, unless law requires keeping it.
International transfers
Providers may process data in the United States and other countries, using safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
Retention
Quote and job records are kept only as long as needed for business, tax and legal purposes, then deleted.
